Private by design.
H.E.R is built around explicit choices, bounded context, and visible controls. That same principle applies to the public her2.ai website: it does not rely on hidden tracking to work.
This website
The public her2.ai pages are static and make no third-party analytics, advertising, tracking-pixel, remote-font, or remote-script requests. The site does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not use persistent browser storage.
When you contact HER2NI
If you request early access, support, or a privacy response by email, HER2NI receives the content you choose to send together with ordinary email metadata needed to receive and respond to the message.
Do not send passwords, API keys, provider credentials, or other highly sensitive material through ordinary email.
H.E.R product processing
When model features are used, H.E.R may send the prompt and bounded context needed for the requested interaction to selected AI providers so those providers can generate responses. Provider processing is also subject to the applicable provider terms, account settings, and data-handling controls.
Memory and context
H.E.R is being built so memory and context choices are explicit rather than covert. Product modes may permit no durable memory, interaction- scoped continuity, or other bounded continuity settings as they are made available. Durable or portable memory should require visible user controls.
No sale or advertising tracking
HER2NI does not sell personal data through her2.ai and does not use advertising tracking on the public website.
Privacy, access, export, or deletion requests
Contact her@her2ni.ai and state the type of request in the subject or message.
Changes
This privacy page may be updated as H.E.R moves from early access toward wider distribution or as product data flows change. Material changes should be reflected here before the corresponding public feature is represented as available.
