The H.E.R, HER and HER2NI names, software, architecture, visual assets, documentation, and associated inventions remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. No licence is granted except for the limited authorized use of the public website and prototype.
The website and prototype are provided on an experimental, as-available basis without a promise of uninterrupted availability, production fitness, or error-free operation.
